Monica Kim
Founder, CEO of DM Capital
In addition to her roles with DM Capital, Monica also owns K.O. Builders and Kim Chee 3, a Korean restaurant in Honolulu. Monica graduated with a Bachelor’s in business and marketing from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She has worked in real estate investments since 2010, gaining extensive experience.
Monica moved to Honolulu, Hawaii from Seoul, South Korea at a young age. She became a champion swimmer during high school and passed on her love for swimming to all of her three children. In her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs.
Diana Nable
Founder, Broker for DM Luxury Homes
Diana has been a Realtor in Hawai’i for the past 17 years, specializing in real estate renovations, construction and investment properties.
Before moving to Hawai'i in 1995, Diana lived in Germany for many years. She obtained a business degree there and later went on to graduate from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa with another B.A. in business.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and three dogs. She also likes to go jogging and surfing.
